I accidentally entered in the wrong address and the employees at Indy Joy Blooms were so on top of it, they called and was able to find the corrected address without even needing to confirm with me! Amazing service and the flowers were beautiful!

I live in Texas and really wanted to make my Aunt in Chicago feel special on her 90th Birthday. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From beginning to end, the ordering process was seamless. The communication on the updates of my order were so nice and the cherry on top was the photo of the actual arrangement.
